The area where I live recently is populated with other survivors and whenever I’m in exploration I have to proceed with extreme caution. In recent days I have often heard gun shots at close range but I’ve never seen anyone.
Yesterday while I was exploring a farm I glimpse a survivor running toward the barn. He did not see me and then I decided to position myself in the trees and watch his moves. From the quick glance I saw that he had an assault rifle and shooting from the barn was one who did not spare bullets. I position it among the branches of a pine tree, and I keep it under exit the aims of the barn from which I could also see part of the staircase. Other hits from the barn. I look around, all those shots could attract other survivors and their friends could be nearby. After several minutes without hearing or seeing anything I decide to enter the barn. A voice inside me saying “Go away! No one has seen you. You can go away quietly. Go away!”. I really had much to lose but I decided to go anyway.
I quietly approached the barn armed with a revolver, I come in quickly controlling right and left. Quickly I hide behind the crates to the left and control on the balcony, on the other side. Nothing. I placed myself behind the crates.
I heard footsteps on the deck above me. I froze and take aim at the exit. He probably heard me or saw me come in and tells me: “Hey you!?”. I tell him I do not shoot him if he comes away from the barn but did not get a response. He comes down the stairs carefully and appears in front of my line of fire for just a moment. I could shoot him and he probably could but we not have done it. Following an exchange of words but strangely he did not seem to understand. (note: I understand I have a problem with the microphone and begin to talk via text chat).
Jeka is the name of my new companion in adventure and, like me, she is well equipped. She says she is waiting for a friend and after a few minutes he joins us, Tony Montano. We decide to go in search of a helicopter crash site and in a nearby plain we find one. We eliminate the zombies while Jeka approaches the site and then we reach her. We found a FN-FAL and a lot of ammunition, but nothing really interesting. We headed into the bush on top of a hill where our paths split up.
We parted with the wish to meet again and do not shoot each other.
I do not really know if we meet again, but I wish you GOOD LUCK, Jeka and Tony. The first survivors who have proved to be really friendly.
From now on no more shoot at sight.
This is DayZ..this is my story.
